We need to be very concern now. You need to start asking PCPI now. Mr. Ronald Lim, try to sell a unit in Cebu to my wife Perla, back in Jul 2005, but she said NO. I hope you did not buy a unit in Cebu.

What bad about this, this is the same Marketing Add that PCPI used in the Condotel in Manila.
